Assessments

The assessments in casuro.ai follow the following lifecycle

Create or Edit

This is where it all begins. In casuro.ai application, on the left sidebar you will find Assessments section. This is where we create or edit all the assessments while collaborating with your hiring team as well as your AI coworkers.

Launchpad

Once the hiring team is satisfied with the assessment, they can launch it. This will create a launchpad for the assessment that is ready to share with candidates. All the launched assessment are available in the Launchpad section of the left sidebar.

Challenge

A challenge is a live instance of an assessment that is ready to be taken by candidates. So a challenge is tied to a candidate. A launched assessment can have multiple challenges.

Interview platform

We provide an interview platform to facilitate the interview process with state-of-the-art AI features. Unlike Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams etc which are general purpose video conferencing tools, casuro.ai provides an interview platform that is specifically designed for the interview process keeping bar raiser and AI agents in mind.
