Overview

The A360 Assessment is a multimodal evaluation tool designed to test candidates through Audio, Video, and Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). By analyzing responses against job-specific rubrics, A360 provides a comprehensive view of candidate fitness without the pressure of live interviews.

Creating an Assessment

Navigate to the Assessments tab on the left sidebar and select A360 Assessment.
Leverage your existing job postings to auto-generate assessments.

Select Source

Click New and select From Job Posting. Casuro pulls active jobs directly from your connected ATS.

Choose Job

Select the relevant job posting from the list.

Create

Click Create Assessment to generate a tailored assessment draft.

Configuring the Assessment

The A360 Editor allows you to fine-tune every aspect of the evaluation.

Rubrics

Define the success criteria for the role. You can add custom rubrics manually or let Casuro’s AI generate them based on the job description.

Configuration

Customize the assessment format and flow under the Manage section.
  • Assessment Modes: Toggle Audio, Video, or MCQ modules on or off.
  • Question Count: Set the number of questions for each module.
  • Randomization: Randomize question order to ensure integrity.
Note on Questions:
  • MCQ: Use a question bank or let AI generate questions based on evaluation criteria.
  • Audio & Video: Questions are dynamically generated based on the candidate and job context to prevent rehearsed answers.

Actions

  • Job Attachment: Link or unlink specific job postings.
  • Panel: Manage the hiring panel members who will review the results.
  • Launch: Publish the assessment to start inviting candidates.

Inviting Candidates

Once an assessment is launched, it moves to the Launchpad. You can invite candidates directly or automate the process.
Navigate to the Invite tab within the launchpad. Fill in the candidate’s details to send a branded email invitation with a secure assessment link.

Candidate Experience

We prioritize a frictionless, low-stress environment for candidates.
  1. Onboarding: Candidates receive a branded invitation and a brief introduction to the platform so they know what to expect.
  2. Assessment: A guided interface leads them through the selected Audio, Video, and MCQ modules.

Evaluation & Results

AI evaluation begins immediately upon submission. Results are typically available within minutes. What you get:
  • Executive Summary: High-level insights and key takeaways.
  • Detailed Scoring: Rubric-based scoring with evidence backed by transcript excerpts.
  • Deep Dive: Raw responses, polished transcripts, and granular analysis for every question.
