Leverage your existing job postings to auto-generate assessments. Click **New** and select **From Job Posting**. Casuro pulls active jobs directly from your connected ATS. Select the relevant job posting from the list. Click **Create Assessment** to generate a tailored assessment draft. Start from scratch with a blank canvas. Click **New** and select **Blank Template**. Manually configure your rubrics and questions in the editor. ## Configuring the Assessment The A360 Editor allows you to fine-tune every aspect of the evaluation. ### Rubrics Define the success criteria for the role.
